About Me

TEACHING PARENTS

To teach their children

Welcome to TheClassroomonWheels and thank you so much for stopping by. My personal and website’s goal is to teach parents how to teach their children.  Hopefully, during your stay here you will gain some insight on why you should be your child’s most important teacher, lessons and activities to engage in learning while developing and fostering a stronger and healthier relationship with your child(ren).

About me: Before we take our journey, I feel that it is important that you gain some insight about me so that you can understand my prospective or at least where I have gained my perspective. I was born in the early eighties to my parents and that is where I met my amazing older sister.  It was a pretty a much standard 80/90s upbringing.  Things were pretty much fine and dandy until middle school where my parents divorced.  During my high school tenure, I experienced many things most good and some bad. Upon graduating high school, I joined the Army.  Fours weeks into basic training 9/11 happened which altered my military path.  I did two combat tours, first invasion Iraq and fifth rotation Afghanistan.  I was honorably discharged from the Army and went to college to become a science teacher.  I graduated college, married my college girlfriend and got a job teaching science.  After teaching for a few years I am became an assistant principal.  I currently have three kids, a dog and a mortgage.

Honestly, I am a very closed off person when it comes to my personal life.  However, I feel that it important you know some information about me to gain a better insight how I have approached and created these lessons.  The purpose of these exercises is not for you to get to know me, but more importantly, to get you know and educate your children.  Alright enough about me, lets get started.

Our Mission Statement: Our mission is to teach parents to guide their kids to become independent individuals, capable of leaving the house and being off the payroll. We aim to help them grow into Godly (good) people, fostering happiness so that parents can enjoy being the grandparent they want to be, not the grandparent they have to be

Why are we called theclassroomonwheels: The best teacher(s) I ever had were my parents and the best classroom I ever had was a 1993 Buick Century. The places we went and the conversations we had changed my life. Together, hopefully we can create the same environment for you and your kids.
